Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC) announces changes to Licensed Cannabis Retailer operations in response to new COVID-19 update
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, February 26, 2021
On February 26, 2021 the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health announced that areas west of the Avalon Peninsula would be moving to Alert Level 4, effective midnight. As such, Tier One Licensed Cannabis Retailers outside of the Avalon Peninsula may now open with reduced customer capacity. Customers are advised to contact their preferred Licensed Cannabis Retailer location for specific hours and operations. Stores on the Avalon Peninsula must continue to operate with order and pick-up service only.
NLC will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust operations further as required. Customers may also continue to order product online at ShopCannabisNL.com.
